  1. Go to the login page and "Forgot Password?" Click the link
  2. Enter your registered mobile number or email address
  3. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your mobile — usually within 2 minutes
  4. Verify with the code and set your new password
  5. You can log in immediately with your new password

Winnings on New Palak are typically processed in two stages:
